Overview

ABM Industries is seeking HVAC Technicians to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The HVAC Technician performs maintenance, repairs and installation of assigned HVAC and Refrigeration equipment and controls, chilled water systems, boilers, and various other mechanical, electrical and building systems in accordance with client expectations and requests.

This opportunity requires no travel outside of the job site, a commercial building located in Charlotte, NC.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license.
• Two (1-2) years of HVAC experience are required.

• 2 years of HVAC experience is preferred
