Job Description
The Mobile Technician is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure that the building, equipment, and systems are properly maintained and operating efficiently. Duties include surveying, troubleshooting, basic repairs, and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, and other systems within the facility. The Mobile Technician will work closely with the account manager and project manager to ensure projects and surveys are completed in a timely manner and meet all quality standards.
Travel: regular travel within the region and some airline travel (80% travel).
CompensationPay: $35.00–$40.00/hr (hourly range varies based on experience, skills, and location).
Benefits401(k):
Eligible to make personal contributions after 30 days of employment; ABM match after six months. ABM matches dollar for dollar for the first 3%, then $0.50 for each additional dollar contributed. Contributions are immediately vested.
Vehicle: A vehicle, necessary equipment, and fuel card provided.
