Base pay will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Role is also eligible for team based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

ResponsibilitiesMaintain building interiors and exteriors, keeping community facilities in top condition. Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cord equipment. Respond to maintenance requests from community directors and residents, communicate with fire marshal, building inspector, and other governing jurisdictions.
QualificationsExperience performing maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cord equipment. Ability to perform general maintenance projects and respond to maintenance requests in both private rooms and public living areas. Positive communication with local fire marshal, building inspector, and other governing jurisdictions.
