We are looking to hire a full‑time Mitigation Technician who exceeds customer expectations while assessing, rebuilding, and restoring homes and businesses after man‑made and natural disasters. The Technician will create a superior customer experience and be part of an emergency response team, demonstrating physical strength, stamina, and proficiency with hand and power tools.
Responsibilities- Interact with customers in disaster response activities
- Repair and restore the structure
- Remove and replace damaged drywall, plumbing, and related materials
- Work with your direct supervisor to ensure the team is unified and efficient
- Execute and implement appropriate mitigation procedures, as necessary, and follow up to assure excellent customer service
- Attention to detail in organization, cleanliness, and care for facility, assets, and equipment
- Valid unrestricted driver’s license
- Basic tech skills to use a smartphone/tablet and relevant software
- Availability to work overtime in response to emergency situations, which may include after hours, weekends, or holidays
- Experience in demolition, the restoration industry, and basic carpentry skills preferred but not required
- Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM consistent schedule
- A few-month events where food is provided
