We deliver reliable home repairs in plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical services, with a focus on providing helpful service, convenience and quality.

We’re hiring for a role that offers growth opportunities within a large, values-driven organization. Compensation details include $18 per hour, with competitive benefits.

• Report to customers’ homes on time and arrive with knowledge of the work to be done.
• Educate customers on system use, maintenance tips and techniques for damage prevention; provide insight and professional suggestions for optimizing system function.
• Perform routine maintenance such as replenishing refrigerants and replacing filters.
• Utilize electrical hand-tools, saws, drills, vacuums, refrigerant gauges and other relevant tools.
• Determine service requirements by applying technical skills and preventive maintenance experience.
• Complete all work processes while maintaining safe working conditions and personal safety.
• Maintain accurate logs of all work performed.
• Ensure a reputation for superior service is maintained during all interactions with customers.
• Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned or required.

• Minimum 1 year of HVAC experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building codes.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR.

• Physically able to work on HVAC units; must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling or climbing ladders.
• Ability to work outside; exposed to heat and cold.
• Ability to hear and speak to exchange information.
