• Run residential service and repair calls on your own
• Diagnose plumbing problems and explain options to homeowners
• Complete work cleanly, safely, and to code
• Gather correct materials before starting work
• Keep your truck and job sites clean and organized
• Communicate clearly with the office and leadership

• Perform accurate diagnostics and present clear solutions to clients

• Great physical dexterity, must be able to safely lift 50 lbs, crawl, and work in tight spaces
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively, and an exceptional problem‑solver
• Candidate must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
• Experience in leading residential plumbing service and installation projects from start to finish
• Ability to perform accurate diagnostics and present clear, actionable solutions to clients
• Proven track record of completing clean, code‑compliant work with pride
• Skill in executing proper material takeoffs and ensuring job readiness
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized truck and job site
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with operations and leadership
• Demonstrated professionalism in representing the company at all times

$62,500 – $85,000 per year
