We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Window Treatment Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and installation of custom window treatments.

• Perform measurements and installations of custom window treatment product lines; primarily roller as well as wooden blinds and more
• Communicate effectively in person or by using telecommunications with our clients and fellow co-workers and generally enjoy working with a diverse clientele
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously within established procedures and practices with limited supervision, set priorities, meet deadlines, work under pressure and adjust to change.
• Strong decision-making, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Perform general maintenance services and repairs in the areas of general maintenance.
• Requires knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the maintenance field. Must be able to demonstrate some level of independent judgment in planning and accomplishing assignments.
• Ability to adhere to standard safety procedures and practices
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
• Possess a positive attitude
• Take the lead to help create a positive work environment
• Advanced maintenance aptitude and skills set
• Perform all assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Work performed in residential buildings and outdoors.
• Work under moderate supervision at an active pace.

• High School Diploma
• 2-5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Moves, lifts, carries supplies weighing less than 20 pounds without assistance.
• Visually verifies and/or reads information.
• Sits for an extended period of time.
• Must be physically present in the office as the needs of the business dictates.
