Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repair to keep apartment homes and facilities in good working order.
- Prepare apartments for move‑in, diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, carpentry and locks.
- Follow a preventative maintenance schedule, complete inspections and communicate with residents after repairs.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance or mechanical repair.
- HVAC experience required.
- EPA Type II or EPA Universal certification required at hire or within 90 days.
- Valid driver’s license from the state of residence.
