Senior HVAC Service Technician – Hydronic Systems
Pay: $40–$45/hr
Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Location: Charlotte, NC
We are seeking a Senior HVAC Service Technician with deep hydronic experience to handle advanced troubleshooting and repairs in commercial comfort and/or industrial process heating and cooling systems. This is a non-management, hands-on role for a seasoned technician who thrives on solving complex system issues.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair hydronic heating and cooling systems
- Troubleshoot boilers, pumps, piping, valves, and controls
- Support commercial comfort and industrial process systems
- Work independently on complex service calls
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers
- Hydronic HVAC experience (commercial and/or industrial)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics
- Safety- and customer-focused
- Senior-level technical focus (no management)
