Company Overview: Our client is a small aviation shop that focuses on maintaining and repairing Beechcraft Bonanza and Baron aircraft, along with other single-engine piston airplanes. They also occasionally work on the CJ1+ jet. They are currently looking for an A&P mechanic to join their team. The role provides hands-on work in a supportive environment, and the ideal candidate will be eager to learn, adaptable, and capable of working independently to meet production goals.
Responsibilities:- Perform maintenance and repair work on Beechcraft Bonanza and Baron aircraft, as well as other single-engine piston aircraft.
- Assist with maintenance tasks on a CJ1+ jet when needed.
- Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary repairs to ensure aircraft airworthiness.
- Document all work in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.
- A&P certification required.
- Recent graduates from an A&P training program are encouraged to apply.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet production deadlines.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, with the option of setting your own hours.
- Salary range: $50,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Flexible work schedule within set hours between 7 AM and 9 PM.
