Apartment Maintenance Technician – Mallard Glen at Tribute Companies
Pay: $23–$25/hr (based on experience)
About UsTribute seeks a Maintenance Technician for our beautiful property, Mallard Glen, located in Charlotte, NC. We’re dedicated to customer service and community elevation.
What You’ll Do- Oversee daily operations: maintenance, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep of the property.
- Handle general repairs: ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Prepare apartments for new tenants: create a welcoming and comfortable living space.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for residents.
- 1+ years of experience in general maintenance, basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Hands‑on: own and use basic hand and power tools, lift heavy objects, climb ladders.
- HVAC/EPA certification is a plus.
- Ability to perform on‑call duty rotation.
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening.
