Responsibilities- Address construction service and product issues at the customer’s site to ensure that complaints regarding quality and reliability are resolved efficiently and cost‑effectively.
- Provide training and guidance to less experienced Field Service Reps.
- Investigate and examine the condition of company building workmanship and products on the customer’s site at all stages of construction based on customer concerns; report findings to the Customer Service team.
- Recommend replacement or repair of defective products based on customer service guidelines related to efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Negotiate and approve third‑party repair/adjustment; inspect completed work for quality adherence.
- High school diploma or GED, and two (2) years of customer service or field service experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Completion of Truss Technician Training I & II preferred.
