Security Officer - Office Park Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, work areas, and perimeter grounds to help to deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by site.;
Monitor access points and manage authorized entry by checking credentials, directing visitors, and maintaining visitor and/or delivery logs in accordance with site procedures.;
Observe alarm panels, cameras, and other monitoring systems, and report unusual conditions, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns through established communication channels.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting events and coordinating with site contacts and/or public responders as directed.
