Security Officer - Part-Time Visitor Screener

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a logistics and distribution location.;
Screen employees, contractors, and visitors for authorized entry by verifying identification, checking credentials, and directing individuals through screening procedures and controlled access points.;
Observe screening lanes, entry points, and nearby work areas for unusual activity, prohibited items, and/or policy violations, and report findings in a timely manner.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, docks, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or property loss; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
