Learn more: As an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine foot and vehicle‑area patrols, stay highly visible to help deter security‑related incidents, and respond to alarms and service requests.

- Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.
- Conduct armed patrols on foot and/or by vehicle throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter, completing regular and random rounds to help deter suspicious activity.
- Monitor access points, observe customers and employee activity, and verify credentials and/or authorization for restricted areas in accordance with post orders.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating to Allied Universal leadership and/or local law enforcement as appropriate.
- Complete detailed reports of patrol activity, incidents, and observations, and communicate relevant information to client representatives and Allied Universal supervisors.
- Have 3+ years’ combined law enforcement, military, and/or security‑related experience OR have a college degree.
- Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
- Be 21+ years of age.
- Armed guard card and/or license is preferred.
- At least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Background investigation required in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Drug screening required to the extent permitted by law.
- Participation in industry‑specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
- Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.
