Security Officer - High Rise Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a financial services location;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, exits, and controlled access points, verifying credentials and maintaining visitor and/or contractor logs per site requirements;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, suspicious behavior, medical calls, and/or disturbances, and coordinate notifications to site leadership and emergency services as needed;
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and the site point of contact
