Security Officer - Foot Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, common areas, loading docks, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor access points and security-related systems such as alarms, cameras, and/or visitor logs, and report unusual activity according to post orders.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with evacuations, medical calls, and/or building management notifications as directed.;
Complete accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and/or maintenance observations, and communicate timely updates to property management and/or Allied Universal supervision.
