Security Officer - Night Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and security-related policies for a commercial property;
Conduct regular and random patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking areas, loading docks, and the perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns;
Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with property management and/or local emergency services as needed;
Monitor and document security-related activity using patrol reports, incident reports, and daily logs, noting hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy issues for follow-up;
Control site access by verifying identification and/or credentials, directing visitors to appropriate destinations, and enforcing property rules in a courteous, professional manner
