As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents, and support staff and visitors with strong customer service and clear communication.

You will document activity, respond to alarms and/or unusual conditions, and work as part of a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial institution setting.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including exterior perimeter areas, to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify irregular conditions.

+ Monitor access points, public areas, and restricted areas; observe for suspicious behavior and/or policy violations; and report concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal management.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, coordinating notifications, and documenting actions taken.

+ Complete detailed patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity documentation; communicate key information during post handoff; and follow all required reporting and escalation procedures.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Have 3+ years' combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience OR a college degree.

+ The client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.

+ Be at least 21+ years of age.

+ CPR and First Aid is preferred and may be completed post hire.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
