New Age Protection, Inc. seeks a dedicated Armed Security Guard for a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities include safeguarding premises, maintaining a visible security presence, patrolling designated areas, monitoring surveillance systems, and controlling access to restricted areas. The candidate will enforce security protocols, handle incidents, and respond promptly to emergencies to ensure a safe environment, while maintaining a high level of customer service.

• Proficiency in operating and maintaining firearms, adherence to safety protocols, and a valid firearms permit.
• Knowledge of security protocols, crisis management, and basic first aid techniques.
• Strong observation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Effective communication and professional interaction with clients, employees, and visitors.
• Physical fitness to perform patrolling, standing, and responding to emergencies effectively.
• Current certifications or licenses for armed security personnel and familiarity with local and federal security regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior military, law enforcement, or security experience is a plus.
