You will conduct regular patrols throughout the premises, remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and interact professionally with visitors and employees.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and protocols, and when appropriate, participating in emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations at the financial institution location in a calm, problem-solving manner, using appropriate judgment and communication skills.

+ Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the premises and surrounding areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence.

+ Monitor and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns in and around the facility.

+ Assist with access control, verifying credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises as required by site-specific policies.

+ Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders as necessary during incidents.

+ Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs as required by Allied Universal protocols and client needs.

+ Participate in training and ongoing professional development to maintain readiness for all assigned duties.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Applicants must have a combined total of at least three years of law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or possess a college degree.

+ Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or equivalent, such as a GED, as required by the client.

+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

+ Possession of an armed guard card or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
