** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment within financial institution locations.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related issues to the appropriate personnel.

+ Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying identification as required by site procedures.

+ Document and communicate all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client protocols.

+ Support the overall security-related operations of the site by maintaining a visible presence and providing assistance to employees and/or visitors as needed.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Applicants must have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.

+ Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.

+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

+ CPR and/or first aid certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
