As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security‑related incidents while delivering exceptional customer service. Your visible presence and routine patrols will help to create a secure environment for tenants, visitors, and staff.

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, ensuring clear communication at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols inside the commercial real estate location and around its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or unwanted behavior.
• Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, defective equipment, or unusual occurrences within the location.
• Work in varying environments and conditions as required by the commercial real estate site.
• Maintain detailed reports of daily activities and any incidents encountered during patrols.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and local contacts to address site‑specific needs and assist with emergency response activities as directed.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
