As a Security Professional – Alarm Panel Operations in Charlotte, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Security Professional at Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol financial institution locations, helping to deter security‑related incidents while providing visible support to staff and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols and remain approachable, delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication at all times.

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

• At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required.
• A college degree is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
