• Oversee and manage all security operations for events at both venues.
• Lead, supervise, and support a team of approximately 150 security staff members.
• Interview, select, train, supervise, counsel, and discipline security staff for the efficient operation of the security department.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage for all events.
• Ensure 100% compliance with all company security policies, procedures, and standards, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Serve as a visible and approachable leader during events while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Coordinate security needs between both venues to ensure consistent operations.
• Effectively de‑escalate tense or challenging situations in a calm, professional manner, resolving issues without causing further disruption or escalation; maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, artists, staff, and partners.
• Move throughout the venue and all areas, visually monitoring and taking corrective action when needed.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• 2–3 years of experience in event security management, preferably in a live entertainment or venue environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required (college coursework or degree a plus).
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Proven people‑management skills with the ability to lead large teams effectively.
• Professional, approachable demeanor with strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Position requires walking, including extended periods of walking during events, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs.+ and occasional sitting.
