- Training & Development:
We’ll equip and train you with a multifaceted approach that includes an industry-leading learning platform, personalized coaching from dedicated training professionals, and the ability to obtain industry professional designations. We subsidize training in your first two full-time contract years and may provide additional funds to help you complete the program and grow your career. You’ll be eligible for sales incentives and professional development trips for top-performing agents. - Digital Tools: A suite of digital sales, prospecting, and marketing tools to attract and retain clients with web, social, and email content.
- Products & Solutions:
We offer a range of products including life insurance, annuities, long-term care insurance, disability income insurance, and investment products through NYLIFE Securities LLC. You can specialize and gain expertise in areas such as wealth management and advisory services through Eagle Strategies LLC, estate planning, and business solutions.
You have the power to determine your own income with our commission-based compensation. In 2023, the average income of agents under the N8 and N9 Contracts who met annual minimum sales production requirements was $117,359. Individual agent performance determines income. Benefits for full-time agents include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as a 401(k) and pension.

Responsibilities- Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via consultations to ensure the best client experience.
- Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintaining existing clients, including booking appointments, answering inquiries, evaluating eligibility, and handling billing and policy questions.
- Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date.
- Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertising insurance products through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies.
- Network within the community and participate in community activities.
- Build relationships through referrals, networking, digital channels, and community involvement.
- Active Life & Health insurance license strongly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
