360 is looking for an experienced Regional Business Director to lead sales and business development in the Southeast Territory (SC, NC, TN, GA). The Director must live within the territory and have extensive oncology pharmacy sales experience.

Salary & Compensation
Starting salary $140,000 plus commission.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 6–8 Territory Managers and an Inside Sales Manager.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative sales culture.
  • Participate in regional and national sales meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings with direct reports.
  • Accompany sales reps on calls to support techniques.
  • Represent the company at professional meetings & conventions.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets and KPIs.
  • Implement corrective action plans when necessary.
  • Ensure effective management and utilization of CRM tools.
  • Work closely with the AVP of Sales and leadership team.
  • Oversee compliance with administrative tasks such as expense and call reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
Qualifications
  • :
    Bachelor’s degree in health care, business, or pharmacy administration.
  • Experience
    :
    Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical or specialty pharmacy field management with a proven sales track record.
  • Skills
    :
    Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills. Knowledge of oncology therapeutic area, products, marketplace, trade relations, reimbursement, managed care, formulary, and contract negotiation. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Sales CRM tools.
  • Behavior
    :
    Extensive travel within the region (70%) and must live in the territory with immediate access to an airport.
