Position Summary

The Inside Sales Account Executive will support sales growth in the South American and Latin American aerospace markets while also developing domestic accounts. This role is responsible for prospecting new business, managing customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional service across a growing client base. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English
, has prior sales or account management experience in specialty metals, and thrives in a hunter/farmer inside role.

Responsibilities

Manage quoting, order processing, purchasing, and administrative workflows with urgency and precision.

Build and maintain strong relationships with aerospace and defense customers (manufacturers, MROs, contractors).

Prospect and generate new accounts while growing existing ones.

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets.

Maintain a deep understanding of aerospace-grade metals, alloys, and value-added services (cutting, packaging, supply chain support).

Stay current on market and industry trends, particularly within South American aerospace markets.

Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer success teams.

Track all activity in CRM and report on performance and pipeline progress.

Qualifications

Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly preferred
.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in sales or account management, ideally within the metals, aerospace, or industrial sectors.

Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with executives.

CRM (Salesforce or similar) and MS Office proficiency;
Pentagon experience is a plus.

Ability to balance hunting new business and farming existing accounts.

Compensation & Growth

Commission: 4-6% GPAO, paid quarterly on cash receipts

Year 1 OTE: $85,000 – $155,000

Top performers have exceeded $200K+ in recent years.

Clear promotion path to Senior Account Executive ($156K – $245K OTE) based on revenue milestones.
