As we continue to grow, we are seeking high-performing, motivated Account Executives ready to take action, dominate their market, and build a thriving career in the luxury media space.

Role Overview:

Top-performing Sales Executives to close inbound and outbound leads. If you have experience in B2B sales, high-ticket closing, or business development, and want to work with the best of the best.

Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commissions

Location: Charlotte, NC |
Schedule: Hybrid (In-office + in-field client meetings)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and close warm and cold leads to exceed monthly sales goals
  • Engage with high-end prospects via phone, in-person meetings, and follow-ups
  • Lead polished, strategic presentations that align our products with client goals
  • Sell premium advertising packages across print, digital, and exclusive editorial features
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions within our CRM and sales platform
  • Participate in elite sales training to sharpen your skills and stay at the top of your game
  • Contribute to a high-performance team that’s redefining what’s possible in media

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of proven sales experience (media, B2B, high-ticket preferred)
  • Confident communicator with strong closing skills and consultative approach
  • Self-starter with a competitive mindset and elite work ethic
  • Professional, polished, and luxury-savvy—comfortable with high-net-worth clients
  • Reliable transportation and ability to meet clients in person across the Charlotte market
  • Comfortable being held accountable to KPIs and performance goals
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening as part of the pre-employment process.
