We provide all the tools, training, and support you need to launch a successful career in the insurance and employee benefits industry.
Daily Responsibilities- Learn how to present Colonial Life’s voluntary benefit solutions to local businesses and their employees
- Help employees understand their benefit options and select the coverage that fits their needs
- Work hands-on with a local manager and experienced mentors who are invested in your success
- Enjoy a flexible schedule that allows you to build your business at your own pace
- Make a real difference in your community by helping people protect their income and families
