Position Overview:
In this frontline, outbound-focused role centred on lead generation, cold outreach, and early-stage prospect engagement, you will support Master Mover's growth in the US market by identifying, contacting, and qualifying prospective customers to create high-quality sales opportunities for our regional sales team.
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and Linked In
- Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling and targeted outreach
- Identify key decision-makers and assess initial fit, needs, and interest
- Schedule meetings and pass qualified opportunities to the sales team with clear notes and context
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Hub Spot CRM
- Research target industries, accounts, and contacts to support effective outreach
- Support marketing-led campaigns, webinars, and events with follow-up activity
- Nurture early-stage prospects and maintain engagement until handoff to sales
- Consistently meet or exceed outreach, activity, and lead-generation targets
- You are confident, resilient, and comfortable spending much of your day on the phone, motivated by targets and measurable results. You have experience in sales development, lead generation, inside sales, or telemarketing, with strong cold-calling skills and familiarity with CRM and sales tools. You communicate clearly, learn technical products quickly, and bring a disciplined, coachable, and positive mindset.
