Inside Sales

** This is a base pay plus commission compensation structure!*
* ** Principal Responsibilities:
** Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to leads, consult with customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products and benefits to convert leads into customers. We provide all of your leads. Maintains understanding and knowledge of insurance and underwriting criteria for insurance company partners represented by the firm to effectively communicate to all involved.
** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
** Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred but willing to talk with outgoing people
