Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Roofing Sales/Estimator based in Charlotte, NC. The main responsibilities include assessing and estimating roofing projects, providing accurate quotes to clients, and executing sales strategies to secure contracts. The role involves meeting with clients to understand their roofing and exterior needs, offering expert recommendations, and coordinating with the operations team to ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications- Proficiency in roofing systems, including Roofs and Waterproofing
- Experience in construction-related areas such as Carpentry and Insulation
- Comfort and ability to work at height
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Previous experience in sales or project estimation is a strong advantage
- Organizational, detail-oriented, and time management skills
