as a sales development representative (sdr), you’ll be the first point of contact for business owners who have expressed interest in our services. You’ll qualify inbound leads, spark meaningful conversations, and connect qualified prospects with our account executives to close the deal. Along the way, you’ll sharpen your sales skills, master the art of discovery and objection handling, and build a foundation that prepares you to advance into a full-cycle closing role.

what you’ll do:- call inbound leads who have expressed interest in our marketing solutions
- master proven talk tracks to guide effective prospect conversations
- qualify inbound leads who have requested more information about our services
- clearly explain how townsquare interactive’s services can help them grow
- execute live transfers to account executives for scheduled product demos
- meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance goals
- collaborate with your sales manager to set and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- a driven, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales
- strong communication skills and confidence engaging business owners
- competitiveness and resilience to hit activity and performance goals
- a desire to earn uncapped commissions and grow your career
- a ba/bs degree (preferred but not required)
