Overview
We’re looking for an ambitious and relationship-driven Territory Manager to grow and manage accounts within an assigned region. In this role, you’ll build strong customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and serve as the main point of contact for your territory. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership and internal teams to identify opportunities, deliver solutions, and exceed sales goals.
This position is ideal for a self-starter with industrial sales experience who thrives on solving customer challenges and building long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities- Manage and grow existing customer accounts while acquiring new business
- Build strong relationships with National, OEM, and Regional accounts
- Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and offer solutions
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities to drive revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product and service delivery
- Attend trade shows, conventions, and networking events to generate leads
- Track sales activity, provide regular reporting, and meet assigned KPIs
- Provide accurate quotes and order details in collaboration with inside sales teams
- Travel regularly within your territory (including some overnight travel)
- Previous outside sales experience (industrial distribution preferred)
- Experience with conveyors, automation, or related products is a plus
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Highly responsive and customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency with CRM software, ERP software, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in industrial environments
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to travel frequently (including overnight)
Compensation: $70,000-$100,000 per year
