SummaryThe Customer Experience team is built on four integrated pillars:
Account Management, Execution, Process Design & Continuous Improvement, Optimization Design, and Implementation & Enablement. As a member of this team, you will balance multiple priorities, collaborate internally, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales to ensure they have all materials needed to maximize sales of our multi‑screen product portfolio.
- Create proposals and strategic recommendations for clients based on objectives and inventory analysis.
- Work cross‑departmentally to devise solutions for clients.
- Partner with Account Executives and clients on effectiveness of multi‑screen campaigns.
- Gather feedback on client campaigns.
- Provide post‑campaign performance recap and strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationships with Sales Executives and cross‑functional support departments.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve problems creatively.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and prioritize multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
- Attention to detail is an absolute must for this role.
- Experience with computer software including MS Office, PowerPoint, Canva, Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong knowledge of advertising research databases such as Nielsen, Scarborough, MRI, Kantar, BIA/Kelsey, eMarketer, and com Score.
- Ability to create client advertising schedules and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to decipher between client needs.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work and/or education experience.
Experience2+ years’ work experience working with and/or supporting a Sales team.
Preferred Qualifications- 2+ years of working in Advertising sales.
- Ability to pull and analyze advanced campaign metric reporting utilizing internal and external tools such as Freewheel and other proprietary tools (preferred).
