We are looking for a dynamic leader to be our Sales Manager in growing Charlotte Branch. We need a manager with the tactical and coaching skills to help us substantially increase our share of the US Compressed air market. Previous experience in sales management and/or industrial sales is preferred.
Primary ResponsibilitiesUtilize the 360 Selling Model to develop strong Territory Managers.
Execute growth plans to increase Kaeser market share in assigned branch territory.
Create sales opportunities by systematically applying compressed air design principles.
Execute national sales strategies to achieve consistent growth in sales revenue.
The successful candidate’s background will include:
HS Diploma (required), College degree (preferred).
5 years of sales experience in capital equipment sales, minimum of 10 years of directly related experience.
The ability to develop new business while increasing existing business.
Exhibit strong leadership skills while motivating and providing mentorship to sales, service, and office staff.
Bi-lingual preferred (English and Spanish)
Clean driving record (required).
Computer skills (required).
SAP experience A PLUS!
