Specialty Leasing Coordinator – Kimco Realty

We are seeking a Specialty Leasing Coordinator to prepare leasing proposals, enter deals into internal systems, compile marketing packages for prospective tenants and brokers, gather and update market information, assist with leasing reports, review lease language, process broker invoices, record expenses for payment, and make travel arrangements.

• Enter deals and track them in internal systems
• Gather market information and update market data
• Assist with leasing reports and review lease language
• Process broker invoices and record expenses for payment
• Make travel arrangements as needed

• 2+ years in a fast‑paced, corporate environment
• Prior experience reading and understanding retail leases preferred
• Prior administrative work experience utilizing strong skills
• MS Word, Excel, and Outlook knowledge
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with commercial leasing language a plus

Must have excellent phone, internet, and computer skills. The qualified candidate must be well organized with excellent follow‑up and oral and written communication skills and be able to work independently. Familiarity with commercial retail lease agreements and/or paralegal experience a plus.
