Overview
This full-time, remote role supports pump sales and key account management across the Southwest. You’ll drive new business, support existing customers and distributors, and represent the company in the market. Travel: approximately 50%.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow accounts and meet revenue goals
- Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, engineers, and consultants
- Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads
- Prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and support contract review
- Attend trade shows and customer meetings (travel required)
- Support project coordination for pump installations and after-sales activities
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, budgets, and documentation for management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2–3+ years of experience in sales or account management (industrial or technical products)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with travel and remote work
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard business tools
