of broadcasters, ministries, universities, media networks, and brands worldwide. Our Media Cloud Platform enables customers to stream, manage, and monetize live and on-demand content across all major devices.

We’re expanding our Sales Team in Charlotte and are looking for a driven Account Executive who’s passionate about building relationships and closing deals in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, demos, proposals, and close.
  • Work closely with a dedicated team of BDRs who support you with outbound prospecting, lead nurturing, and inbound lead qualification.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified outbound and inbound opportunities.
  • Understand client needs and recommend the right Lightcast solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer care, onboarding, and leadership.
  • Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue goals.
You should have
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years in SaaS sales, account management, or tech sales.
  • Proficient outbound prospecting efforts including qualifying by ICP, monitoring for intent signals, and proper follow up required to nurture a sales pipeline.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Hub Spot a plus).
  • Highly motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Charlotte, NC.

  • Competitive base salary of $60k - $65k (DOE), plus uncapped bonuses and commissions
