. As an Enterprise Account Coordinator
, you’ll be the critical partner supporting high-value B2B sales opportunities—ensuring complex orders are accurate, compliant, and ready to move from sale to service without delay.

This role is ideal for someone who loves problem-solving, partnering with sales teams, and bringing order to complexity
—without a heavy call-center environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Be the go-to support partner for enterprise B2B sales professionals
  • Build, review, and ratify complex orders to ensure accuracy and commission eligibility
  • Monitor deals pre- and post-sale, escalating and resolving issues before they become roadblocks
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on enterprise sales and ordering processes
  • Partner cross-functionally to fix defective opportunities and keep deals moving
  • Track and document cases within CRM systems while meeting quality and productivity metrics
Ideal Experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise or B2B sales teams (sales support, account coordination, or sales operations)
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with multiple stakeholders
  • Sharp attention to detail and confidence managing complex processes
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred
  • Ability to work onsite Charlotte, NC
