We are seeking a professional and motivated Scales Representative to join our remote team. The role includes prospecting and managing client accounts, promoting Fin Tech s payment processing and POS solutions, presenting tailored solutions to prospective customers, and maintaining long-term relationships with business clients. Success in this role requires relationship building, exceeding sales targets, and consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Do- Prospect and sign new business accounts
- Present POS and payment solutions
- Work independently (remote / field / hybrid)
- Sales, hospitality, or merchant services experience preferred
- Comfortable with cold outreach
- Entrepreneur mindset
- Sales and communication skills:
Proven experience in sales, the ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients, and strong relationship-building capabilities. - Merchant services and technology knowledge:
Familiarity with payment processing, POS systems, and merchant services solutions for businesses. - Self-motivation and autonomy: A results-driven mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts.
- Customer-focused skills:
Dedication to providing outstanding support and creating tailored solutions to meet client needs. - Technical aptitude:
Proficiency in understanding and presenting technical services, with the ability to quickly adapt to new product offerings and technologies. - Previous experience in payment processing or financial technology is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Pay: $80,000 - $200,000 per year (COMMISSION ONLY)
