Your role will be crucial in creating new business prospects by engaging potential clients and setting the groundwork for their Account Executives to excel.
- Spearhead the initial stages of the sales process, focusing on lead generation through outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.
- Utilize Hub Spot CRM for lead management and opportunity identification.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and the sales & marketing leadership to refine strategies based on market feedback.
- Take initiative in rescheduling missed meetings and continuously educate yourself and potential clients on the transformative impact of their drone technology in public safety.
- Demonstrated passion for their mission and a strong belief in the potential of drone technology to revolutionize public safety.
- Resilient and ambitious, with a fearless approach to rejection and a high degree of coachability.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of building and nurturing relationships.
- Experience in a fast-paced sales or startup environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Hub Spot, and proficient in managing leads and opportunities.
- A commitment to personal growth, with a keen interest in learning about public safety applications of drone technology.
