Are you a driven, goal-oriented professional with a passion for sales? Spectrum is hiring a Telesales Representative. You will have the opportunity to earn an hourly base pay of $18.00 plus commissions and incentives, targeting an hourly earning of $31.23 or $65K annually. Top performers can earn $100,000 or more per year depending on their sales success.

As a Telesales Representative, your focus will be on outbound B2B telemarketing, promoting Spectrum Business products and services (Internet, Voice, Video & Mobile) to new prospects and upselling existing customers. With uncapped earning potential and control over your success, this role is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with new and existing customers to promote telecommunication services, turning cold calls into meaningful conversations that lead to sales.

This role involves working in an office call center environment, seated for long periods, using a telephone headset and multiple screens, with moderate noise levels.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or business is a plus.
  • 2+ years in a call center or 1+ years in sales or marketing roles.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and call center technology.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and rapport-building skills.
  • Ability to listen, develop needs-based strategies, and meet/exceed sales targets in a fast-paced setting.
  • Schedule:

    Monday-Friday.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years in B2B sales, preferably in telecommunications or cable industries.
  • Experience with ICOMS, CSG, or similar billing software.
  • 2+ years in call center or telecommunication sales.
