Overview
Stratus Building Solutions of Charlotte is looking for an experienced Outside Sales Manager to handle outside business-to-business sales. Stratus is an innovative green commercial cleaning company that is growing and expanding rapidly in the Charlotte market. We are seeking a talented individual with a desire to take charge of the sales process, from identifying prospects to engaging in strategic cold calling.
We back your sales with the strongest support team, so you can sell the best with confidence. We assist you with pre-set appointments. We offer a compensation package that has unlimited income opportunities and uncapped commissions. We offer the right person the opportunity to develop into management positions and beyond. Primary duties include understanding the customers’ needs, identifying new sales/business opportunities, developing proposals and closing deals.
and Duties
- Achieve assigned sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Identify and generate new leads to expand the customer base in B2B sales
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline of new business opportunities
- Conduct sales calls on leads provided by Stratus and leads you develop
- Foster business growth by developing relationships and closing deals with prospective customers
- Network in industry trade groups and associations
- Work closely with the regional office to coordinate new account start ups
- Other duties as assigned
- Business-to-business sales experience
- Proven track record in prospecting, closing new business, and exceeding sales goals
- Comfortable with lead generation by cold calling
- Competitive desire to succeed and be the best

- Self-motivated and able to work independently within a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to work well in a professional environment with great communication skills
- Knowledgeable about Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Hub Spot)

- Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00+ per year
