Role Description
This is a full-time, field-based role covering North Carolina and South Carolina. The Territory Manager will be responsible for developing and executing territory sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and drive consistent growth. Daily responsibilities include proactive prospecting, building and managing a high-quality sales pipeline, advancing opportunities from initial contact through close, and owning results within the assigned territory.
In this role, you will develop and maintain strong customer relationships, conduct consultative sales conversations, and position value in complex, high-ticket sales cycles. You will analyze market dynamics, identify new business opportunities, and create targeted territory and account plans that align company objectives with customer needs - ensuring steady momentum and predictable revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate market data to identify opportunities and trends
- Expertise in Business Planning and strategic thinking to create and execute sales plans
- Excellent Communication and relationship-building skills to engage with customers and team members effectively
- Proven Customer Service skills and a commitment to providing exceptional client support
- Experience in Outside Sales, including conducting product demonstrations and meeting revenue targets
- Prior experience in the medical aesthetics or medical device industry is a plus
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Thrive in an extremely fast-paced work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
