About The JobDASMEN Residential is seeking a charismatic and engaging Bilingual Leasing Specialist to support the entire DASMEN portfolio of properties in North Carolina, Alabama, Arizona, Louisiana, and Virginia. The position will be located in Charlotte, NC.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- One-year certificate from college or technical school.
- At least 2 years of sales experience required.
Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, marketing plans, and procedures.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Effective speaking skills for groups of customers or employees.
Skills:
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic and interpret graphs.
- Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and solve problems involving multiple variables.
Qualifications:
- Outgoing, engaging personality with a passion for working with the public.
The employee may be required to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed, with short notice.
