This is a full-time Sales Consultant position in Charlotte, NC. The Sales Consultant will engage with healthcare professionals to promote and sell medical devices, instruments, and related products. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying solutions to meet customer needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and staying informed about market trends. The individual will work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve revenue goals and represent the company with professionalism and integrity.

• Proven expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting in the context of medical or other related industries
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and delivering tailored solutions to address client needs
• Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present products and develop client relationships
• Service experience and the ability to manage and prioritize client interactions and support requests
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales targets and adapt strategies as needed
• Familiarity with the medical or healthcare industry is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
