We’re seeking a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across the Southeast U.S. This is a hands-on business development and sales role focused on expanding market share and doubling regional sales over the next few years. You’ll be part of a collaborative, performance-driven organization built on respect, integrity, and transparency—with no corporate politics and a flat structure designed for success.

Territory Includes:
Delaware, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, Washington DC, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi
- Proven success in the window and door, glass or building envelope industry.
- Strong track record in business development and working with architects
- Skilled in sales strategy, closing deals, and negotiation
- Excellent communicator with a proactive, engaging personality
- Self-starter with high energy and enthusiasm
- Home-based office with 50% travel (every other week)
- Occasional international travel
- Preferred locations:
Atlanta, Orlando, or Charlotte - Must have a valid driver’s license, passport, and personal vehicle
- $100K base salary
- $50K potential bonus
