Responsibilities- Lead and grow a high‑potential, talented sales team in the Eastern United States.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and a partner in strategy.
- Own the regional P&L, budgets, and headcount planning.
- Drive continued growth by identifying new customers and opportunities.
- Leverage your network to uncover new business, attend events, and serve as an ambassador for Neat.
- Keep updated on market trends, understand competitor landscape, and identify opportunities.
- Mentor, coach, and build a collaborative team culture.
- Define, design, and iterate sales processes, ensuring readiness for hyper‑growth.
